We are very mindful of what goes into making our products, as we want our customers to have the best possible experience in using them. We use high quality pinewood, Century plywood and MDF.

A team of master craftsmen and artisans, trained by Founder Mamata Khemka, take utmost care to translate design into perfectly crafted products.

Mamata Khemka is the brain behind SAAJ CRAFT. She designs all the products.

We always try to cater to our customers’ choices and requirement, and welcome suggestions for customization. However, it will depend on our production process compatibility, availability of specific elements required and cost of customization.

New product design and development is a continuous process. Mamata Khemka and her team of designers are continually designing new products, developing and refining them. Once she is satisfied with the design, fit and finish and utility of a product, it becomes ready for launch.

Our products come with a 3 month’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The limited warranty does not apply to:

• Small cuts, scratches or damage during use and cleaning process.
• Damaged caused by the incorrect installation and/or mishandling of product.
• Product kept in contact with direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.

We take utmost care in packaging our products, to prevent them from transit damage. We ship our products all over the world, through reputed courier agencies, who deliver products to your doorstep.

The delivery time for an item is determined by various factors including the kind of product (standard product or made-to-order), time taken in manufacturing and logistic network available at your location. Hence, the delivery dates may vary from one item to another. While you order, we give you a realistic estimate of delivery time and try our best to deliver in the shortest possible time.

All our products are ready to use. There is no need of installation or setup. In case of confusion, we also provide a 3D presentation for most of our items.
